This website is hosted through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Technical processing includes IP addresses, request times, requested pages, browser information and error data to deliver, troubleshoot and secure the website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in reliable and secure operation.
Orders and protected downloads
The shop processes an order reference, product and preset, price and currency, payment reference, payment status, timestamps and the version of the accepted contract terms. This supports performance of the contract and prevents unauthorised downloads (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). The package is released only after verified payment. The shop adds no online bot activation and does not request MT5 login credentials.
Necessary order cookie
When you start an order, the shop sets a protected random cookie authorising this browser to access that specific order. It expires after seven days; the server stores only its hash. Without it, download access cannot be associated with your browser. It is necessary for the ordering service you request (section 25(2)(2) TDDDG and Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Stripe payments
Payment takes place on a separate Stripe page. Stripe processes payment, contact and technical data for transactions and fraud prevention. The shop receives payment references, status and necessary order information; it does not store full card numbers or card security codes. Stripe may act as a processor or a separate controller, depending on the activity. Our payment processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

If you email us, we process your address and message to handle the enquiry. Our kontakt@v9trading.de mailbox is provided through Infomaniak. The previous v9trading.shop@outlook.com address remains available through Microsoft Outlook. Contract-related enquiries rely on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; other enquiries rely on our legitimate interest in responding under Article 6(1)(f). Please do not send passwords, API keys or full payment details.
Recipients and international processing
Hosting, storage, email and payment providers receive the information needed for their respective tasks. These services may process data outside the European Economic Area. Their linked privacy information describes recipients, locations and transfer mechanisms. Contact us for information about safeguards applicable to this website.
Retention
We retain order information for fulfilment, administration of the purchased licence and necessary records. Any further retention required by law follows the applicable statutory obligations. Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymised; the seven-day cookie duration is not the retention period for order records. Enquiries are retained while needed for handling or statutory records. Technical logs also follow the hosting providers’ retention arrangements.
Your rights
Subject to the legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability. You can withdraw consent for future processing where consent is the basis. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons related to your particular situation. Contact the controller above to exercise these rights.
Complaints and required information
You may complain to a data protection authority, particularly where you live or where the controller is based. LDI NRW is the authority for North Rhine-Westphalia. Information required to place and pay for an order is necessary for the contract; without it, the order cannot be fulfilled. Additional voluntary information is not required.
Analytics and advertising
The shop code contains no advertising pixels, analytics tracking or newsletter signup. The shop does not make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. Payment providers run their own security checks. External links lead to services with their own privacy arrangements.
